Rush Repair / Turnaround

At QIE, we realize that time is money. Every minute your industrial equipment isn't operational, you're loosing money. We work hard to ensure you receive fast, efficient, quality repairs.

Typical unit turnaround averages just five working days for the "Standard" repair category. If a faster response time is required, please be sure to make your QIE customer service professional aware of your requirements when you place a repair order. In such instances, your unit will be placed under the "Hot Rush" repair option and be moved ahead of other repairs -- that's the QIE response!

To offset additional costs, all "hot rush" repairs will incur a 25% surcharge with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of 250.00 for this priority service. This additional rush repair charge also offsets any special handling charge.
